The process starts with a detailed briefing and setting timelines before we begin researching the market for you. We qualify and shortlist potential targets before further shortlisting and introduction to you.

We prepare both you and the candidates for interview. We can be present on interview days for immediate feedback, thus ensuring that no one is rejected or leaves the process for the wrong reasons, and you don’t unintentionally miss out on the perfect person. We work closely with you and candidates all the way through the process to offer, negotiation of terms of employment through to start date and beyond.

This approach is a bespoke service which comes with a different pricing structure. There is no placement fee charged rather an upfront fee to kick off the project along with day rate charges for our time dedicated to you. From previous experience, we will save you over 60% of costs for a comparable role with a traditional recruiter.
